About Diesel Doctor

Diesel Doctor is a family owned company that was started by Jim Quain in September of 1989 as a truck and farm repair. He started out of his home only one month after he and his wife had their 3rd child. Then in ’92 they upgraded to a larger building in Delta, Colorado after having their son Adam.

Fast forward to 2016, Father and son now run the Diesel Doctor company together. They have grown into a 33,000 sq. foot shop in Grand Junction, Colorado because of the incredible customers and staff. Our work, as well as, skills have grown substantially to be able to offer support to all light to heavy duty diesel vehicles through the state of Colorado and neighboring areas of Utah.

As Adam grew up on the passenger side of our companies service truck, he learned the value of how a truck performs. He is always looking for ways to make a customer’s diesel vehicle run its best. We are committed to offering cutting edge technology in performance and repair because it matters!
